Process for Defective Items

  • Products purchased on sale (promotional price, coupon code and/or lower than full MSRP Price) are not eligible for returns.  All items purchased on sale are final and nonrefundable. 
  • All claims must be reported within 20 calendar days after receipt of product(s). Claims reported after 20 days within receipt of product(s) will be automatically denied.
  • If item is defective please provide a detailed description and/or image of defect.
  • If item is found to be defective or wrong a replacement will be shipped free of cost.
  • If item is deemed non-defective you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • MODULO is not responsible for normal “Wear and Tear” of any products.
  • A completed RMA form along with the item(s) – with original packaging and in an undamaged condition – in a securely sealed shipping package.
  • MODULO reserves the right to review returned product and determine whether it was a factory defect or “wear and tear” impairment.
  • If indeed it is a factory defect, we will provide a return shipping label for you.
 

General Returns and Exchanges

  • Return/Exchange packages must be received within 20 calendar days after receipt of product(s). Items received after 20 calendar days of the receipt date, damaged/altered products, lotions and final sale pieces are not eligible for return.
  • Returns must be received clean and with the original packaging intact.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping fees on the return shipment, including customs and duties for international returns.
  • If you have simply changed your mind regarding your product, unfortunately we cannot accommodate your return shipping cost. If you have any questions regarding your product please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • Refunds (less any applicable shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method
  • Any items returned without proper information will be refused and sent back at sender’s expense.
